well i have been living here for around 4mths and i must say like any other place i feel like i'm paying a high rate not for the apartment but just because its in kennesaw, i have seen better for cheaper in the same area. if u dont mind wasting a few extra bucks that couldve been spent on something nicer its ok. parking is horrible some nights i park 2-3 buildings away from my own.
