Looks good, at first, but not worth the hidden problems

Property looks nice, but service is horrible.

Prospective residents should walk around and look closely. One issue is dog crap everywhere.

Gates are a big problems as they seldom operate.

Management is slow, if they respond at all, to even minor requests. The maintenance people are nice but I think they are completely overwhelmed with problems.
