i lived in camden shiloh for a few months, i unfortunately had to break my lease after i lost my job. they are nice enough apartments, i did enjoy the 24 hour gym and the apartment i had was new, had great light. parking was a nightmare, it was literally a race to get there before everyone else just to keep a spot close to my apartment. also, as nice as the apartments are they are very overpriced- what you pay there you can get more space in marietta, so you are literally paying for living in kennesaw, especially less than 5 minutes from Kennesaw State. i never had any real issues until i had to break my lease, i went to court spoke with their attorney and he assured me that the amount on the judgement would be all i owed, but when i left the apartments the leasing agents told me i owed double! currently i am in dispute over with the collection agency they sent my account to and you can't get anywhere with trying to talk to the leasing agents, it's like they are reading from a script- forget the law about not collection more then they are allowed to (i've worked in collections/debt collection law firms for several years so i know what they can and cannot do or say to me). basically it's a nice enough area but they are charging like you are living in buckhead or midtown. the only problem i had was with my AC not blowing, which they came and fixed the next day. they also collected alot of money from me in the beginning for "administrative fees" (around $400) which basically was free money for them and when i left none of it was applied to my balance so again, they are overcharging for nothing. i had a one bedroom and paid almost $900 for it, i could have had a house for that much!
