I've lived here since December of last year and I rely heavily on reviews to make my decisions. We moved into a 2 bedroom for around $800 a month so we got a really good rate.

Only reason we're moving out now is because of location. Moving down to Atlanta. I read the negative reviews on here before we moved in and honestly haven't had ANY problems whatsoever. Parking is kind of tight but I've never NOT found a spot that was more than 50 ft away from my apt. Some people on here dramaticize the issue a little too much.

Any time I saw a bug, called front office and had pest control sent the next business day. And that has only been twice. Maintenance has always fixed any issues immidiately. It's a pretty safe complex.

There are a lot of younger college students here but it's really not that bad.

Overall I wouldn't be moving if I didn't have to find a closer apartment to Atlanta. And if you are friendly to the office staff, they will be friendly in return.
