Where do I begin' I have absolutely nothing good to say about St. Charles. The office staff are a bunch of idiots. Don't ever ask them a question, because no one will have the answer. Their pool is as big as my freaking bathtub and the gym is the size of my closet. They apparently don't caer about their residents, because upon the renewal of our lease, they want to raise my rent 15%!!!!!!!!!! Our neighbors suck, the location sucks, the gates are so annoying, because they never work.

I am moving because I can't wait to get away form a place that charges way to much for mediocre service. I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone that I care about.

Think twice before moving here.
