We just moved in the end of October, and it has been nice. We have not had any problems with noise or loud parties. The kitchen had all new appliances, and for the most part the apartment looked well kept altought I wish they had given us new carpet. The garden tubs are nice as well as the extras with the crown molding and wainscoting. We still have not recieved our refferal fee form the office when we referred someone else to live there and they moved in several months ago. The trash area is kept up quite well as well as the property is kept clean. Haven't seen a lot of kids, seems more of an adult community which is nice.
