Good, not great...definitely not bad

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived there for one year in a 2-bedroom apt. It's not the perfect place to live, but my stay was nowhere near as bad as some of the reviews.
The Good: Location - especially if you're a student at KSU - convenient to the mall/shops and Atlanta; Fairly quiet - not too many small kids; Price - if you can get a special; Curbside Trash pickup; standard pool and tennis courts; Maintenance was good; 9 ft. ceilings are nice
The Bad: Management changes frequently; Gates are always broke or people follow you in constantly; Workout room completely sucks; Lighting is poor in some areas of complex
The Ugly: Too much dog poop
The Beautiful: Tiffany - part of April office staff. Paying rent never was more fun.
Overall - I'm very happy to be a homeowner now, but my stay there was nice. I'll recommend it for most apartment hunters.
