Major cockroach infestation when we moved in. Woke up with cockroaches crawling on me. The management has been very nice and helpful, but still wondering if they knew about this before we moved in (and they did), why didn't they do something about it BEFORE we moved in'!

Could they have come from the moving boxes? Roaches love dark, dry spots, especially boxes. In what ways was the management nice & helpful?
