I moved away last year because the staff did not seem to care about anything except collecting my rent money. I have friends that still live at St. Charles, and I've heard they have a new manager and staff that are very friendly and attentive to the residents needs. I decided to move back because of their recommendation- the apartments I live in now are nice, but the maintenance people and staff say they're going to help or fix something, and they never do. Since I've moved back to St. Charles, I have noticed a big difference in the atmosphere and I immediately fell in love with the staff(they do what they say they are going to do, and then some! They all go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of. The noise levels are MUCH less than the other place I just left from. Everyone is so friendly and I can truly see the improvements the staff has made. The grass isn't always greener, and I'm glad I took the chance to come back here.
