I lived here for 2 years, I constantly had black mold on my windows. Maintenence would wipe it down aproxx every 2 months NEVER Fixing the problem. The staff is very unfriendly after you are settled. I paid $500 in fees to move in w/ my dog and when my lease ended a month ago they sent me a bill for $679 to replace carpet!! I had cleaned with with a hoover shampoo cleaner not the wal mart rentals! It DID NOT need replacing. They accused me of severe damage which was not true! My mom cleans houses for a living, she helped me clean when I moved out (she has cleaned much worse).DO NOT MOVE IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will take you for all you have.

This is for the person who wrote the review I lived at charlestown and it was awful what people say about the office staff is very true and the mold is very true and No not everyone has dogs, or cats. So that throws your theory out the window make sure you get all your facts before you shoot off at the mouth. Also it was very noisy. Stay away if you pay a 500 dollar deposit for a pet that should cover any minor damage the pet does that is what it is in place for!!!!!!!!!

like the person said if there is no circulation whether u have a dog or not your windows will sweat get your facts right before u try to correct someone.
