1)The manager is a complete idiot who seriously is a pathological LIAR. She makes up BS excuses for every problem you report. When we first moved in she failed to mention our apartment was a handicapped unit, and when we asked her why everything was different she seemed soo very confused and then she came to the sudden realization that she made a mistake.
2)Then, we had bugs EVERYWHERE. And not just little bugs, but huge spiders.
3)The lights in the living room, laundry room, and oven were not working until we repeatedly complained about it.
4)My bedroom door doesn't even fully close all the way, and my roommate's door had a HUGE crack in it, and they didn't fix that until a few times of complaining.
5)The dishwasher sometimes takes a few cycles to fully clean glassware.
6)The carpet wasn't even replaced after the people before us moved out, and it was DIRTY. We just recently got it deep cleaned by a cleaning service, and 2 days later black mold spots reappeared. Which leads me to my next point,
7)MOLD IS EVERYWHERE! Every window in our apartment has mold growing on it, and the carpet has mold under it, and there's black moldy stuff coming out of the air vents. The people above us had the same problem, and instead of taking care of it the correct way, the maintenance just scrubbed it with OVEN CLEANER and covered it with that white stuff to "contain" it. Also, when asked why oven cleaner, and not bleach was used, the manager said they ordered bleach in bulk and put it in the oven cleaner cans, which would be believable *if* it wasn't an aerosol can and smelled like flowers. That just proves her crazy pathological liar problems, and her complete lack of management skills.
8)Along with being a horrible liar and crazy B**** she is a very rude person who doesn't understand college students are adults. When we complained about the mold, she just kept typing away on her computer like we were insignificant to her mighty existance. She also tried to make us look like we were overreacting, like my roommate's sickness from the mold was just a random coincidence.
9)My other roommate's car had been broken into TWICE and she did nothing about it. There has been no increased security, nothing. Cars get broken into here, all the time.
10)The walls are VERY thin and you can hear what your neighbor is doing at all times of the day.

My point is, if you want to spend more money than ever on completely useless and preventable things, this is your place to live. The management sucks, and they will NOT help out if something goes wrong.

I concur. The manager was difficult.
