I moved in with someone who had already lived here. The office was helpful with all the fees and stuff until my fiance moved in with me and we wanted a new apartment. They did everything they could to get us to stay because I had been such a "good" tenant for 2 years. When we finally decided to stay, they offered us a 1st floor apartment, which we said yes to, and when we went to get the keys, the office manager "accidently" gave our apartment to someone else! We should have gotten out then, but we decided to take another 1st floor offered..bad idea. Lawn maintenance people come at 7am on a Monday morning and blow leaves and dirt all over your car. We have the worst bug problem. One of our rent checks never cleared and three months later they call us up saying "This is a courtesy call to let you know we are depositing your check tomorrow from 3 months ago." So now we pretty much had to pay double rent for their stupidity. They make you have this company called Direcpath that uses DirecTV. They are the dumbest people ever and have the WORST customer service. They are the BIG reason we are moving out.
