If you want your satellite TV always going out and no parking then this is the place for you. The gym is the size of our kitchen with equiptment used in the civil war. The landscape crew make a huge mess of your vehicle while here at 7 AM. I cannot wait to go to a more resident friendly complex. Overall very unhappy. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I hardly think that the management @ Charlestowne controls the weather or the satellites in orbit around the earth, but good luck with finding a dish network that never goes out. Not sure where you park, but my building has an abundance of spaces so parking is not an issue. As far as the landscape crew, I think it's so great that you know when to expect them like clockwork every single week...and since Charlestowne is first priority on their list...the grounds hardly ever go unmanicured due to the famous Georgia afternoon rains. It sure beats having to go out & tend to the grounds yourself, but perhaps you've not had the pleasure. As far as the gym...there's an LA Fitness, Gold's Gym, Curves, Workout Anytime, & several more within 3-4 mi. proximity to the property...perhaps those would be more suitable for your spacial needs. As far as the equipment though...I am baffled by your civil war comment. For clarification purposes...elipticals, stairmasters, free-weights, & stationary bikes were not invented until post 1960...you're about a century off with your historical quote. No worries, I'm sure you'll be much happier in a "resident friendly" all blonde community where they spell "equiptment" the same way you do. Sorry sweetie, not sure why you stayed for 2 yrs. if you were so unhappy. Best of luck...and remember to pick up after your dog where you go. I dont really care when the stuff was invented. Also I am not your sweetie. If I had a dog I wish it would crap everywhere and I wouldnt pick it up. Everyone has their own opinion. I have done landscaping in the past so its not that big of a deal to wait an extra hour. I hope someones dog piss's on your door mat.
