This place gets worse and worse. They put in a new gym. And every night it is full of college students, one who lives in the complex and 15 others who he let in. The police have been to my building twice this month for students who are outside yelling and screaming to all hours.

There are broken lights all over the place. Calls for repairs are ignored. The nature trail has had so little care it's dangerous.
The rents are very high for the area. And for this you get a management and staff (with the exception of the assistant.) who could care less.

The manager is the worst. She is rude, hostile and one of the most bitter people I have ever encountered. In short if you like high rents, lots of noise, poor maintenance and a staff that truly dislikes its tennants.
This is the place for you.
