Falling Apart

After living hear for two years enough is enough. Walk to the pool area and see the dead plants and weeds where flowers used to be. The fish pond by the pool now more closely resembles a retention pond. With all the slime and noticeable lack of care you feel sorry for the few fish that remain alive.
And with the addition of the new gym (which is used primarily by the college students who live here, and their 700 friends who don't but use it anyway), there is no access to the bathrooms, so can you imagine where the pool users will be relieving themselves now' Check the water closely before entering.
And complaints left by prior tenants still remain. The nature trail is a wreck with broken lights and no care. It has been like this for over a year now.
Constant noise in unaddressed by management.
And other than the assitant manager, no one in the office seems to care, especially the complex manager.
Rents go up and quality goes down, but fortunately there are newer, nicer and less expensive complexes in the area now. I'll be living in one of those come August.
