I recently moved into Clarinbridge apartments unfortunately BEFORE finding out about Apartment Ratings. Although I do love the apartment and have had no problems as of yet with noise, after reading other reviews on this website I am afraid of moving out!! The carpet was nasty when I moved in but during the walk through the leasing agent recorded some of the damages I found. I am sure they will try to charge me when I move out! That is how they seem to make up for money lost due to "great move in specials". Anyway on a more serious note, I arrived home one evening to find NO parking by my building or even remotely close to it. I parked on the curb out of other vehicles path and out of fire lanes only to awake the next morning to a note on my vehicle with a threatening letter stating that my tag had been recorded and would be towed at my expense if it happened again. I called that morning and spoke with Denise (the property manager mind you) and she told me I had to be parked in a space no matter where in the complex, even if I had to walk. When I asked her if that was a safety hazard, and what if I were raped or mugged, she replied that they would deal with that if the incident ooccured!!!! What audacity!!!! So if you are into getting safety and security after you are dead or beaten first, then this is the place for you. If not, keep in mind the management does not care about its tenants safety AT ALL!!!!!!!! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
