When I first moved in they promised me a new apartment but a week before my move in date I went to the office and asked if I could look at it to get measurements and the apartment they brought me to was terible. It was in the very back with bushes growing over the deck, no lights, no fence, it backed to the road, the carpet was messed up, and it smelled bad! We were so mad about it that we said if they didn't give us the apartment promised then we were going to find another complex. Of course the management people were sooo rude and reminded us that if we left then we wouldn't get our deposits back. The only way we got the apartment we wanted was because we threatened them with lawyers. Management also accused us of things and threatened eviction when we were out of town for 1 month and no one was even at our apartment.The management people are rude and usually don't have a clue what they're talking about. Clarinbridge is way over priced and I wish I would have read these reviews before I moved in.
