I am 100% I could write a 100 page essay on all the problems here at this horrible complex but I am going to try to break it down to save people time and prevent me from having an aneurysm.

Where should I begin. Well I have lived here for a while now, and everytime I go into the office to ask a question they have the rudest staff I have ever meet. The new manager at Clarinbridge is a complete ----- and will talk down to you whenever she can. I am even personal friends with a former staff member who still lives here because it is cheap, but had to relocate his location another 25 miles away just because the new manager is horrible. Also one time they accused me and doing something that niether I or my roommates did and yelled at me like I was a 12 year old child in 5th grade. THEY SHOW NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE AFTER YOU SIGN THE LEASE.

Secondly when I moved in my apartment it looked like hell. I asked them to replace the carpet and the cabinets, which had turned into some type of yellowish color and the vinyl is peeling off, but this never happened. And I know that it will be me putting out the money when I get out of here to have it all replaced. Hell they didn't even give me the ample amount of gate keys to the complex when I moved in, and they still have several months later. So I am still using the keypad to open the gates, and in case someone needs them they are #8888 and #5417. :)

Thirdly work orders here are rediculous. Takes them usually 2 weeks plus to even come and look at the problem. They claim to be as fast as possible iwht 3 people, but if it is that slow, then they need to hire more people. One time they even left my door opened and unlocked when they left. "They claimed to have an emergency and the regional would take care of it." Also I did have one time where some of my property was missing after they came into my apartment.

These are some of my main issues that are so wrong with living here. It might look nice here, but this place is going to hell.
