I lived here several years back and could not wait to get get moved back in. I am glad to be back now but I have seen a huge difference in the community...and it is NOT GOOD!!!

When we moved in our AC was not working. This did not make for a pleasant evening after moving all day in 90 degree heat!!! Maintenance came out to "fix" it and was extremely rude about it. We had to call them out 3 more times before it FINALLY got fixed properly.

I own a dog and share a yard with my neighbor who also owns a dow. We are both very particular about cleaning up after our dogs so we have a nice crap-free yard. So much for our efforts...apparently we are the only ones who do this. Not a day goes by when I don't walk out to find a huge pile in our yard. When walking through the community all you smell is steaming dog poo. I have talked to the leasing office a few times regarding this issue. They told me that I would have see the resident fail to pick up after their pet and then get their apertment number in order for them to do anything about it. Since I'm not a stalker...I suggested that they get the baggy dispensers with the little trash cans to encourage people to pick up after their pets since there are not any trash cans around the cummunity grounds. I was told that wouldn't help...and I guess it's too much effort to find out.

About 3 weeks ago someone smashed through the gate with their car...it knocked down a stone pillar and totaled the gate. NOTHING has been touched in the way of getting the mess cleaned up, let alone fixing the gate.

When I used to live here years ago, we had a security gaurd named Terry. He was AWESOME and ACTUALLY did his job....unlike the poeple working the security post now. The security gaurd is supposed to stop EVERY car and verify that they are on the guest list for the apartment they are visiting. If they are not on the guest list the gaurd is supposed to call the resident to make sure their guest can be let through. This is a HUGE security issue for me and is one of the top reasons for moving here. The gaurds now sit on their ass and wave to passing cars....must be nice to get paid for that!!

I'll be very honest...I love Clarinbridge. It's in a wonderful location, it has a spectacular gym, the floorplans are spacious and well laid out, and I am very happy to be back here. It is very sad to see how things have deteriorated around here though. If you have any complaints I would suggest calling the corporate number as I plan to do. In case you didn't see it in the other post here it is...630-556-3731. Maybe if enough of us call we'll see some action....

I would not ever recommened this property. They sell you on their gym, which has a trainer that never wears clothes and hits on everyone and sexually harrasses all the women. Total gigilio. The managment is the rudest most insulting people(fat and ugly women on the planet!!!) I have ever met at any community. If you go in with a matience problem and want to speak with someone in the office they insist you leave to avoid having any potiential new customers hear you complain. They have even threatened people, and called the police. We know know of four people so far THEY HAVE CALLED THE COPS ON for not leaving the office. The pool sucks, it is always hot, as is the gym. If you use the gym you will get heat stroke. Clarinbridge looks nice, but the air conditioners always break, the carpets are bad, and the toilets drip and can not be fixed because they are defective. In all it is an illusion. Just the worst managment in all of Atlanta, the property manager loves to play both sides and lies like a dog.!!!! OH YES, THE GATE GOING OUT WAS RIPPED OFF WITH THE WALL TWO WEEKS AGO BY A DRUCK MUSCLE CAR KID. NO SECURITY, THEY LET ANYONE IN!!! THEY WILL NOT FIX THE EYE SORE OF A MESS IT IS. VERY THIN WALLS. We know of over 15 long term residents that have given notice and are or have moved. What you will here from the leasing pigs is "we never have specials because we are so great, and are always 95% full". Poor suckers that bought into this. Every one should call the corporate office- for sure.

Last Sat. night 3 gang members (gangbangers) where arrested for armed roberry at a convience store in Kennesaw.The cobb county police arrested three men. The oldest gang member was a resident at Clairnbridge. All three where arrested and the residents truck was convisated along with a large quanity of meth. and crack. The managment has the worst reputation in Atlanta. The manager is ok, but the asst. manager is a monster and the leasing agent is just plain white trash. Total redneck. Alot of people are giving notice.If they got rid of the two bad apples it might improve. No one can understand why the manager lets them run the show. She should watch her back. They will not allow residents to contact the courtsy officer, without going through them first. that does not get it when you have gangs living on the property and you might need help.They have raised there water prices and you do not want to ever renew, because they jack people big time. The asst. manager leaves id out unsecured. Several times she has lost it. She loses rent checks. She is never wrong, she never will take accoutability for any of her mistakes.She lies and is the one of the worst human beings we have ever met. She alone makes it not worth even bothering to live there. She is so fat and ugly, it makes you sick to look at her. All of the other apt.communities will not refer them to anyone, due to their horrible reputation with customer service. Anyone is better off with out the 4000 sq. ft. gym and living in the other apt. communities in the area. Unless of course you are a gangbanger!!!
