I have lived in this complex for just about 2 years. My husband and I are buying a house this year which is why we are leaving. Yes i agree that it is a little overpriced, and the staff does change on a daily basis, but overall it seems to be wonderful. The apartments are beautiful and large. the maintnece staff is great. It is an apartment complex so yes, there will be problems, other people around, noise, parking problems, but like someone said you want privacy, get a house. I think the people writing negative reviews are much too harsh, or caused some of the problems. It is not a hell hole. drive around it is beautiful, i never hear noise. I do complain about some parking, and people not picking up after their pets (i pick up after mine). But our basic needs are met. I would recommend this place to anyone willing to live in an apartment, and who understands there are other people in the world. I have never had a safety concern, esp on the nature trail, and by the way, the nature trail is not fenced so anyone can walk it, it is not the apartments job to post a policeman in each nature trail. just don't walk at night, the daytime is fine! or get a dog. like we have. peopla are much too silly and complainey when things are not 100% to their standards. Welcome to LIFE, esp when there are 600 neighbors so close. give it a try you might like it here!
