What a nightmare. Parties all night. The residents gym is also apparently free to half of KSU.
The main entry gate has been out of order for 3 months. Queries to management are ignored.
As for the "nature trail" everyone speaks of: as a former marine I can honestly say, I've seen combat exercise grounds that were more hospitable.
On the move out you will get screwed.
High rents, no maintenance, indifferent if not hostlile management.
