This place is awesome! I don't know what these other people are talking about.
I've lived here a year, and I've called because the first week i had a leak under the sink, the second time I called it was because the garbage disposal broke (my fault)
They came the very next day. Very nice maintenance guys. I use the gym every day and never have a problem with too many people. The pool is wonderful. Just don't go at the crowded times. That's going to be an issue no matter where you go. I like this place a lot. Those who complain probably need a house.. this is apartment living.. there's going to be a little noise above you if you live on a bottom floor. You WILL see people.. A lot of those live here. Two thumbs up on Clarinbridge. I love it. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
