We had problems with them from the start. We had come to look at the complex and we told the lady that we had two children and we needed a bottom floor apartment. She said that would not be a problem. I kept trying to call to get my apartment number and after numerous calls about 2 weeks before our move in date, I found out that we did not have an apartment. The lady had been fired and they had no record of us. So they guy I talked to said no problem they would get it straightened out. I told him that we had two children and needed on the bottom floor. We were finally able to see our apartment the night before we moved in and it was on the top floor in the back facing the woods! We had no choice but to move in because we had given notice at our other complex and they had already rented it out. The carpet in the apartment that we were moving in to was horrible. She said that they could not replace the carpet. The overall condition was not good at all. In the time that we lived there we had numerous problems. The parking was terrible and they did nothing about it. The gate was always broken. The grounds were not kept up at all. When they would come to blow out the breezeways, all they would do is blow all that junk on our door, porch and banisters. It was disgusting. We have recently moved out thank goodness and yes, we too got totally screwed on the deposit. They did our walk through with out us. It was scheduled and they had maintanence do it the day before. How fair is that' We paid a $400.00 pet deposit for our dog who died 3 weeks after we moved in and we are getting not one penny of it back. We too had them notate on our sheet when we moved in how horrible the place was and it didn't even matter, all because they did the walk-through without us. I would never advise anyone to move in this place! I am still trying to get the property management number to call them because I think they need to know what a horrible place they have. It really stinks because we did not cause any problems, we always paid our rent on time but yet we still got treated horrible.
