I've read several of these reviews stating they have had difficulty reaching the corporate office.
I have and don't bother. On a few different occasions I have spoken to the regional manager (or whatever her title is) and I can tell you now: The fish stinks from the head down.
She is rude and demeaning and obviously sets the tone for the way the office staff deals with the tennants. Just shut up and pay your money!!
In two years not one late rent payment or complaint, but management treats still treats you like dirt.
I am out soon and can't wait to leave!!!
Stay away fromt this hole. There are many nicer, newer units in the area. We are moving to one of those.

We were lied to and treated very rudely by staff. We were potential renters who were quoted one rate and model availability on the phone on two different occasions and then called liars and quoted one 100$ higher in person. Not being dramatic, she actually said "nobody told you that". Not, "maybe someone made a mistake" but "nobody told you that". So two different people heard the same thing but were dreaming? Or deaf? Or apparently liars? Very tricky, Clarinbridge.

Yeah, we have been told that we said things that we didn't say, and that the office staff didn't say things when they had! And then when pointing it out, told that it's just words and so it can not be proven. Oh, and availbable places tend to get rented in a blink of an eye leaving only the same size unit but at a higher price. Very odd, this bait and switch... |

I actually had a long conversation with an employee that spoke candidly with me because she had decided that day to quit. She told me that Clarinbridge purposly doesn't give their applicants everything that they're supposed to receive paperwork wise. She greatfuly gave me some forms that were in my file that I had never seen before. She also advised me that I should get a lawyer if I ever decided to break my lease citing that Clarinbridge doesn't hold up their end of the deal. I'm out in April and absolutly can't wait. I'm sure it will be a nightmare and they'll probably take my deposit. They are soon to find out the true rath and will regret it though.

They don't hold up to their end of the deal? What the hell are you talking about? You signed lease, breaking it means that you are not holding up your end of the deal.
