Regarding the apartment ratings, for starters, the #3 is automatically filled in. If someone skips one or more, then it registers a #3 for that answer. Clarinbridge deserves a zero, but it's not a choice. And I question the few scattered "yes", if management is not a part of that, as the ratings are overwhelmingly "NO" once it gets past the very first few. 25% is inflated for the present time. The rental policies and the office staff are so horrible, that the rest of the place doesn't even matter, unless you are looking to be ripped off and treating rudely and unfairly.

The rudeness started with the staff...a female...and continued with the corporate person. You are assuming that yelling took place, and you are assuming how it all started. I have been more than polite and timely, and you are defending a situation that you were not present for. We know the golden rule. Too bad some in the office does not. Could you fill them in on it? Your "guarantee" did not hold up, although some of the office staff seems oblivious to the words and actions of others, and are unfortunately suffering because of it. Read some of the other complaints. There is a pattern here, and just because YOU did not experience such rudeness, does not prove that it is not going on.

Just because you had somebody be rude to you in the office doesn't mean everybody in the office is rude. Also, because you had an issue with one person doesn't mean that Clarinbridge isn't a great place to live. It seems like when people don't get their way they post negative comments on this page. I don't think people realize that there are policies and procedures that the office must follow. They can't make exceptions to the rule. Usually the person complaining wants the rules "bent" or an exception made for them but the office staff does not have the power to do that.
