Best Apt I've ever lived in! Except high renewal rates.

The renwal rates are high in my opinion. I lived there for 3 years. At renewal time the rate went up about $40 per month, the 2nd renewal rate, about $50 per month. Otherwise it's a good place to live (if you have considerate neighbors).
