Every one who says they like the place must have lived in dumps before or must be working for Clarinbridge. Most of the Apartments in Atlanta suburbs are much better and cleaner than this. They do have some plusses like a good fitness center, trash pickup but the horrible office staff makes it a bad place to live. Rude and worst I have ever seen I am glad I am getting out of here

In my building four long term tentants have left or leaving, Sure new ones will move in ,because we all know Clairnbridge has a 100% lease rate. They suck after you move in. Office staff are the worst!!! Maitence mananger is o.k. but the gym is always steamy so you will get a heat stroke if you use it and the pool totally sucks. There is no clubhouse to lease out for an event. They do not have parites for the residents, and they lied to allot of people about having a office center with a computer and printer. Everyone has that. Some one stole it,most likely one of their illustreous tenents.They continued to lie and lie. Saying, " the computer will be here soon" It never came and never will. They have insurance to cover it. But they used the money to get another computer in the back office. They tell you that a resident is free to use the fax anytime or other office equipment. They will not even let you use the phone!! And are so fuc... rude after you sign, if you need to use the fax or anything in the back office. They suck.. Please people do not move here!!!!

I read that your response is dated 7-26-2007. That computer in the business center was stolen back in December. They actually said that they wouldn't replace it because it was like the 3rd one stolen, so don't trust them if they tell you that there's one on its way. They're full of crap.
