I absolutely loved Clarinbridge. I have lived in 3 different apartment complexes and this is by far the best. The staff weren't the best, it seemed there was a new person every week. However, the maintenence guys are AWESOME. They always responded quickly and were very nice. I called the office one time because there was a snake outside my door that would not go away so I could not leave!(I lived here for 2 years and this was the only snake i saw so don't think they have problem with that). Anyway, the maintenece guy came out there on a SUNDAY Morning and got rid of it using shovel. I thought it was so great that he was willing do that even when he wasn't on duty.

They don't try to take your money/deposit away from as long as you clean it pretty good before you leave, I lived in two different apartments and they never charged me for anything.

It was really safe there, never really any problems. It is really easy to tail someone into the gate though, but after hours they have a guard there but sometimes you can usually speed past him and he doesn't do anything about it.

The parking can suck depending on where you live. In the back, the parking sucks really bad. But other buildings it isn't so much of a problem.

Everything in the apartment is pretty new, including appliances. The grounds are always kept really clean and they pressure clean the walkways alot.

Overall, I would definanty reccommend living here, especially over all the nightmare stories I have heard from other apartment complexes in the area.
