I agree with the other postings. Most of the residents here are not the type of people you would want to live near. My car was hit in the parking lot, breaking the bumper which I now have to pay to have fixed. Waste from animals is left all over the place, since there are no animal waste bins on the property. The night guard does nothing but play on his computer all night, paying no attention to the cars that come in and out. And to top it all off, the management is not concerned with maintaining tenants as much as filling the vacant apartments with whatever suckers they can find. If you are considering making the move to Clarinbridge, I would suggest talking to some of the residents on your visit, not just the management. Look at more of the property than the model they show you. Actually, you can walk just to the side of the model and find large heaps of dog crap.... I have only lived here for a few months, but I can definitely say I am excited to make my exit. Definitely not as good as other less expensive apartments in the metro area.

We were also tricked by the nice show apartment. Although the insides are very nice... the problems with management and their lack of concern for your safety is a HUGE PROBLEM. They may say "sorry" for what happened, but will do nothing about it. We lived there just one year and that property is a major disappointment.
