We have lived at Clarinbridge for almost a year now and we will lease another year. The grounds are kept beautiful ALL the time. It is VERY quite! We are in the largest unit and our electric bill has never been more than $150.00. The rent is expensive! We feel we get what we pay for! Most of the renters are of good caliber! The schools in the district are some of Cobb's good schools. Pitner Elementary is WONDERFUL. Palmer Middle School and Kell Highschool are suppose to be good as well. Maitenance Staff are friendly and VERY PROMPT! We have only had one service call in 10 months and it was completed less than 24 hours. Management and Maitenance do routine unit checks for fire places, fire extinguishers, filter changes, and upkeep. The Gym is incredible and EVERY equipment ALWAYS works 100%. The past trainer and the new trainer are very helpful and freindly. The pool is well kept and the tenants behavior around the pool is usually kid friendly.

The only complaints I can think of are the paint in the unit is of poor quality. Shows every mark and doesn't wash off. The wall paper in the kitchen and bathrooms are UGLY! And that is all! Not bad for a rental!
