Now all the gangbangers anf drug dealers who hane money live here.students partying all night and the residents have no accsess to the courtsey officer who lives here that they employ. The police are always being called, and several drug raids have gone down in the last few months. The office staff is THE WORST OF ANY PROPERTY MAMAGMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!They do not care about there tements or there. All they do is sit around and gossip. The manager heather is like 24, and a two faced idiot.. they will excommunicate you from the office if you dare to have a matience complaint, especially if there are any prospects in the office.They aare so rude it is unbelivable.The only reason they boost a 99% occupency rate is because they are the only estheticlly nice apts in the area.People do not fall for the gym! The air cond. is never on and three people have gotten heat strokes. yhe rent is to high and they rape you on renewals.The pool is fithly and they do not clean it on a regular basis.And all the muscle cars and trucks with open pipes are a nightmare. The wallpapers do not match and are very ugly. The only one decent thing is the garden tub. But who could relax''' This place sucks so bad do not rent here, you will regret it. I can barley give it a 1.

Heather is the most two faced, lying individual ever. I am shocked that she has remained employed! And get EVERYTHING said in writing, exactly as it is said, otherwise Heather will deny it. And get copies of EVERYTING. Read everything, as the documents are written to be misleading and full of loopholes and gaps, to weasle you out of as much money as they can. They're full of schemes, lies, and trickery. I so wish that no one else would rent, just because the place MIGHT make a half decent first impression while it is rotten underneath. It's all smoke and mirrors, because you are NOT going to be respected, nor treated with honesty or integrity, and not given fair treatment or the basis services that you are paying for. If ever a place deserves to go under, it's this place. And how HEATHER has remained in a total mystery. Management and staff must not read these posting, and look ONLY at occupancy percentage rates. They need to send in "spy" renters, and also look at exit numbers, as well as solicit feedback w/o it going through the pitiful Heather. And it's so obvious that ocassionally a staff member will anonymously write a glowing review to try to bump their rating numbers back up. The BBB already has a complaint filed against this complex. It's all a sorry scam. Too bad most people do not find this site until they've already been screwed.
