Lived there for 7 months. Had a eletrical short that ran a 500 a month bill. After proving it was thier fault, they refused to compensate me for my loss. The heating system was sucking fumes in from the garage and into the house so my pregnant wife could breathe them. Talked to management every other week and would complain about the fumes. They changed managers once a month and would have no records of the work request on file. After leaving from advice from the Health Dept, and moved to CA. I am fighting thier schiester attorney's. So far they have filed 3 cases in a California court and files false allegations. These people should not be in business, nor should they be allowed to have the ability to harrasse. This is why most of thier more respectable tenants have left after several years. They dont want to have decent tenants, they want young kids that dont know any better. This way they can screw them out of thier money and destroy thier credit.

During our last year at Clarinbridge, the a/c went out multiple times during the hottest part of the summer. We called it in over and over with no response from mgmt. When we spoke to mgmt, they couldn't give us a straight answer and didn't care. Nonetheless, my wife was pregnant and we had some long nights due to the heat. NEVER SIGNING A LEASE TO LIVE THERE IS THE BEST THING YOU'LL EVER DO. IF YOU MAKE THE MISTAKE OF SIGNING ONE, BREAK IT AND BUY A HOUSE.

The management is terrible. I have complained about MANY problems (many involving having to call the police) and they could care less.
