Think twice. This place is very nice, but also very unsafe and very loud. We are trying to break our lease without a penalty, but it looks like we may to suffer here for two more months. Apartment management is more than willing to work with you on problems if you are interested in a more expensive unit, but once you say you want out, they become cold and uncaring, which is nothing new from them. Staff could really care less about you once you become a leasee, they are only interested in business and see anything besides selling as a distraction. It is very likely we will end up in legal proceedings.

The "privacy post" is staffed by minimum wage workers who don't even have a list of tenants.

The "courtesy officer" is even more uncaring and rude than the office staff.

Our Toyota RAV4 was vandalized and we believe it was because of a sticker advocating equal rights for ---- and lesbians.

Our Honda Civic was broken into and GPS stolen.

We have witnessed illicit drug consumption around the building.

We have been offered illicit drugs for sale around the building.

Numerous domestic disturbances, including an incident involving a young woman who came to our door at 3am claiming a man was chasing her with a knife.

We have filled numerous complaints regarding our upstairs neighbors excessive noise with no response from management.

We have witnessed warrants being served to neighbors in our building.

We have witnessed neighbors on house arrest with GPS monitoring.

We have witnessed a neighbor who is only allowed supervised visitation with his children.

Neighborhood children have reported that the same neighbor has made inappropriate comments towards them.

We have been unable to reach the courtesy officer on numerous occasions.

We have witnessed neighbors using megaphones .

We have had suspicious solicitors which the apartment management claims to have run off but cannot provide any evidence that they did.

We moved out in 2007 due to some of those problems. We moved in during 2005 and noticed a sharp decline in quality of living there. Sounds like things are still getting worse.

I have been having the same problems! When I went to the management for help they just said they couldn't control what happens with the other guests! Not even a "I'm so sorry this happened"... nothing. Certain staff really couldn't care less. I hope to move out in May of 09.
