Overall, for the money I'm paying, it is not worth it. These are some of the most expensive apartments in the area, so I assumed we would be able to get away from more of the rowdy, loud college kids. That part is fine, I don't mind the parties on weekends, but the worst part is the management. Any time I have ever had an issue, and had to go to the office, it's an ordeal. They immediately go on the defensive, no matter what. It's always, 'well, you should have done this...' When we receieved the keys to document a walkthrough, we were shocked at the condition of the carpet. It was yellow, instead of white, flattened, stains, and horrible patch jobs everywhere. When I mentioned it to the office, she said to just document it on the paper, and they would fix it later. No fix. Nothing. I was ok, we have dogs, and didn't need perfect carpet, but now, 2 years later, we have a 1 year old who crawls around, and the carpet is over 7 years old, and they won't replace it. They said I should have told them to replace it when I moved in, and they don't replace it while you live in the apartment. The worst part about most apartment management is that they don't stay very long. We've been here 2 years, and nobody still works here from when we moved in, and it keeps changing. People are right, the maintenance staff either acts like police, or a crack addict. I've payed a fraction of the price for an apartment and received much better service. In 2 years I've needed to go to the office 3 times, and this last time was over the top. They have no sense of customer service, and they certainly don't understand my unhappiness results in this review, and anyone who is looking for a place to live, I certainly will not recommend Clarinbridge Apartments.

I completely agree! We liked out apartment space, but the management was SO TERRIBLE we were constantly in a battle to get anything fixed. This place is not worth the high rent! DO NOT LIVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!

They replaced the carpet in my friend's apartment last year..he had lived there for a few years too....sound like they are just bs'ing you because they don't want to be hassled with it.

I have lived here for a year and have never had a problem with any of the staff....the apartments are real nice and maintenance alwys comes out the same day I have a problem

That's funny, because I've lived here for five years, and while yet there are more students here because of KSU blowing up so big, that's really my only concern. Maintenance has always fixed anything that I've asked for and yes, the office staff has changed a lot, but I've never had a problem with them.

It's very noisy at night; and the walls are paper thin. If you're looking for peaceful night's sleep and privacy,keep searching! It's not worth the money.Maintenance and management is very unprofessional and shows no since of urgency.
