Don't move into this place unless you like living in the upscale ghetto environment. There is trash piled a mile high every weekend by the dumpster. Kids banging on your door demanding access to your apartment. Adults banging on your doors and windows yelling profanity at you if you don't allow them inside your apartment. Kids just walk into your apartment if your door isn't kept locked at all times. Other tenants children spreading rumors unless you are strictly their friend. Tenants confronting you violently and threatening you if you don't do as they say. Management not caring what happens to their tenants. Rules are not followed. I would say that this place is the closest thing to living in hell that you can get unless you go there directly. I wouldn't put my worst enemy in this place.

Almost sounds like personal issues went into this rating.... Management should not be used as 'police' to the property. Real danger needs real authority! (i.e., CALL 911)

It does sound like personal matters to me as well. I can asure you it does get worse other places. Like across the street at Walden Ridge. The manager, will file false reports on renters history even if you have the facts that say it isn't so, they say we are under age drinking when in fact we are all over 21 they say the police have came to our apartment to say something, when in fact they came once not no 10 times, in by fact it was a false call, the police were very nice about it and giving us reports for our law suit against walden ridge, for more matter then what have been said. That is hell hun!

This place really has no real danger. It's just ghetto as hell. Stairway is dirty all the time. Lil dogs bark all the time. Kids are up ant down the stairs all day during the summer and all night from 4 to 9:30 p.m. I just had a child ring my doorbell and run this Sunday 9/17/06. I'm too overwhelmed to get up to see who it was. I will not be renewing my lease. This place is infested with roaches. Pest control is called but his potion doesn't work. Not a good place to raise kids.
