it sucks assitant manager is evil she says people play their systems in the car to loud but really its the people on the top floor smokin weed. it is horrible to much drugs going in and out

The ratings are underscored. If the ratings were low in 2006 they are much higher now for 2008.. The managers and staff are nice professional and no-nonsense. If there is music or noise then it does not interfere with your daily quality of life. Children are expected to play and make noises, the teenagers are expected to be teenagers but on a rating of 1-5, I would give the overall apartment complex a 4. It is always clean,the staff is kind and professional and the neighbors are friendly. I would give the parking a 5, there is lots of parking, I don't have to worry about parking my vehicle around the corner or out of my sight. All my questions are handled immediately. The building is fairly new and there have been no maintenance issues. The construction is solid, so I would give it a 5. The construction is designed with a mixture of bricks which always increases the value.The gates are closed during night hours and the grounds feel safe. I would give the safety a 5 and the grounds a 5, for they are always clean. Overall I feel that this apartment complex has been fairly unrated and I have recommended this apartment complex to my friends. The office staff I would give a 5.
