Cobblestone - It's the tenants not the management

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
Been here for 3 months. I will not renew a lease here. Apartment is not worth living in. Maintance men try their best to keep up the place. It's just the tenants that will make you want to move. Kinda ghetto.
