Um is this a section 8 apartment' As a young college student (female) I do not feel safe at all living here. There are to many thugs, and unattended children. You would think their parents would want what is best for them but no, there have been many times I drive by the "cook out" section of the complex and there would be gangs of untended children and teenagers, and I swear I saw them passing a blunt when I drove by. Its loud and the walls are paper thin, so you hear every freaking little thing. The gate does not have an arm, so whats the point of having a gate, it does not keep anyone out. Next time I wont make this mistake and I will do research before I move in the ghetto.

I understand "Very Ghetto". I lived in Cobblestone Landing for 1 year in 2006. The complex had roaches then, the master bed room can hear everyone going up and down the stairs. Using Bengal roach spray, I'm the only person in my building that was roach free. Atlanta Pest Control came twice a week and was not allowed in my apartment after 3 times of spraying and the potion did not work. The young thugs under the pavillion area are smoking weed all the time, it was just horrible. I had section 8 but I'm classy with mine. I was fooled by viewing the apartments when everyone was at work and school. But when the summer came, I left to stay in California the 2nd week in July. Couldn't take it no more. Not a good place to stay.
