Not only is the staff total morons, but if you ever want anything fixed-don't hold your breath for them to come fix it for you when you ask. I lived there two years-and they had put the doors to my laundry area on wrong. They were asked over and over to come fix it so that I could close the doors-and in the two years that I lived there-they never did. Also-many false promises were made to me before I moved in. I was promised a certain apartment, gave them money to hold it for me-but when time came to move in-they had rented it to someone else so I had to settle for a much SMALLER apartment. I was also promised ceiling fans in the living room-false promise-never happened.
Neighbors are LOUD and rude as well. I personally didn't mind if anyone wanted to "party" on the weekends-but people there party EVERY NIGHT and blast their music until all odd hours. Despite me calling down to the front office and explaining this to them-they did NOTHING.
Parking was a nightmare on the weekends and often I had to park at the opposite end of the complex and walk to my apartment.
When time came for my lease to expire, I did as I was supposed to and gave them 60 days written notice. Oddly-they "lost" it and they told me I could not move out since they "hadn't ever seen the 60 day notice".
The staff is incompetent and they try to be very manipulative.
The rent is OUTRAGEOUS as well and NOT worth it at all.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I agree very much with everything you wrote. I lived there for 2.5 years in 4 different apartments and nothing ever got better. Hope you've had better luck.

hmm..lost your 60-days notice...ever hear of delivering it yourself and getting a copy??? Smart idea huh?
