I have lived at The Enclave for about 5 mths. Yes the parking is not all that great, but according to the staff they are almost filled up. That means alot of people want to live here.
My neighbors are occasionally noisey, but we have built a rapport that I can call them to turn it down. The college is right down the strett and plus these are apartments so therefore you are going to hear some noise.
The staff is pretty cool. Sometimes they are too nice that it is scary.
Maintenenance is good. They take about 2 days to get your stuff fixed.
There are alot of dogs though. Some are not on leashes, and it can be scary to a parent like myself.
Overall, it is a great complex and for a good price.
