Before we moved to this complex we were promised a large apartment, the person who was living in the apartment we were promised never moved out and we had to live in a smaller apartment until another larger one was available. When we asked if they would compensate us for anything we were told no. We had to pay to move twice!
There are many dog owners who live here who do not follow the Cobb County Leash Law and most owners do not pick up after their pets. The office instituted a fee if you were caught not picking up after your pet but they do not enforce it.
There are also a lot of students from Kennesaw State who think this complex is a dorm.
