Don't listen to all the positive feedback below. Those were written 3 management companies before this current "do nothing" management company. They don't enforce anything. This past weekend people were grilling INSIDE the pool area where children were playing. Talk about a safetly hazzard. They were grilling on patios all over the apartment complex. I hope the managment company plans to pay to replace my belongings from their negligence...because they don't do anything if you call the courtesy officer..honestly, I don't think he exists. There are signs posted all around our newly opened pool to not bring glass bottles into the pool area, yet last night people were sitting around drinking out of liter glass bottles of rum. This place is a nightmare. I'm getting out of here as soon as I can.

I AGREE!! WE ARE TRYING TO FIND A WAY OUT OF OUR LEASE. ALSO, I GET WOKEN UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT DUE TO THE TRASHY COUPLES WHO LIKE TO YELL AND SCREAM AT EACH OTHER!!! IF YOU WANT A QUIET NICE NEIGHBORHOOD TO LIVE IN, I SUGGEST GOING TO ANOTHER COMPLEX. MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE AND NOT VERY BRIGHT!
