Everyday the neighbors and staff find someway of making themselves looks like "trash"
Maintenance are not educated to fix anything that wont break again in a week.
People continuoulsy talk about drugs outside, throw cigarettes everywhere, do not pick up dog waste(so you get to smell the aroma everday!), maintenance men drive fast through complex, management blows you off if you have one negative thing to say or make a suggestion to make our community better. The staff only care about making money and not about quality. Management lies about everything, stays late but never answers door. Emergency maintenance does not show up when you call for an urgent repair. Dog restrictions are not inforced but you have to abide by the lease pet restrictions' Management does not care about loud and obnoxious neighbors who fight and punch each other outside. Cops are here a lot. The location of the complex is in a good area, but this place makes you feel like you are in the ghetto. Its worth the extra 40 bucks to drive a little fruther down the street to live. A one bedroom right now is 650-800 it should be 500.
