I recently moved into the Enclave. The apartment community is very beautiful. My apartment is newly renovated with black appliances. The community manager orticia is very friendly and cares about the community. The office staff is friendly as well. I've read the other comments but i can't speak for everyone else. i do love where I live, but for those who read to get an idea of the community sometime people are upset due to personal issues. If your community is so bad why don't you move.
Everyone expect staff memebers to change a community but it also involve residents to help keep the community beautiful. We all need to look at ourselves before we blast others for their work. If you dont't like it buy a house.
People love to use the word ghetto but do you really know what the ghetto is and the meaning of the word ghetto.

I would just like to say that most people do have personal issues, but that is because they have a good reason to. You said you have just moved into our complex, so you really cant disrespect the other opinions on here. When we moved in, we were just like you... Very positive, confident in our purchase, and couldn't figure out why people did not like this place, but after living here 8 months we saw why most of the reviews were not that great. We would move out, but we have this thing called a lease that prevents us from moving early, or we would. We would break it, but there's also something called credit, in which you need for trust in our society. If you break your lease, it reflects negatively on you, even if you did it to move to a safer and overall better community.
As for using the word ghetto, I agree with you, saying it is not the proper word to use; but frequently, as we are driving to our apartment, we will pass a group of thug wanna-be's sitting and standing in a circle outside their building blasting their unwanted rap music, smoking a cigarette, eyeballing you as you drive by them.
We have tried to get new appliances and new floors in the kitchen, but they cannot (for some reason) install them with you living in the apartment. So I give you about 4 months before you start to get really irritated with the place. Good Luck!!!

Whoever this is, AMEN!!!!!!! I myself was VERY happy with my apartment when I first moved in. It got really bad, then it got a little better after I had to complain about some issues very often. It took a while to get them straightened out, due to complaining to Corporate, but it seems to be getting somewhat better. Although, there are a few people who live here who do NOT care about throwing cigarette butts in the proper disposal and throw trash all over the place. My guess is that everything will work out and they will eventually get kicked out or realize they need to straighten out and act civilized. They also like to smoke pot with their windows open so the whole neighborhood can smell it.
