Blah blah blah..everyone has something negative to say. A lot of it, I DO agree with. My biggtest problem with the complex is that it takes SO long to get anything fixed..but that seems to be a theme at nearly every complex.
I must say that I completely disagree with the negative postings about the Management. Every community has its problems, but Ortecia is one of the most understanding people I have ever met. She takes things on a case by case basis and really does things for people that she legally, doesn't have to do. (pertaining to leases, apt. transfers, etc.), which means a lot. For the location, the apartments are pretty reasonablly priced. 4 out of 5 all in all.
