I've been renting a 2br 1b apt for 2 1/2 years. I'm 43 and have lived in many places - dorms, houses, and apts. I have to say that I love the layout of this apt over any other place I've lived. I moved in with a great lease for all that I got - good sized living area, fantastic sun room, not-too-small dining room & kitchen, decent sized master, smallish second room (use as office), huge bathroom with garden tub-separate shower with two sinks in a long vanity. Huge windows facing south. I am fortunate to have decent neighbors, but still have to put up with typical apt noise from above and occasionally below - never from behind. I have rarely had to call for maintenance, but when I have; my requests were taken care of within days and done so properly. The grounds are well kept, and I have never had a problem with management. Also, before moving here, I did plenty of research and looking about, I lucked out with this place - size, cost, unit location, management.
