Management is rude and unhelpful

I recently rented an apartment and I am already regreting it. I cannot believe the way that I am treated every single time I go into the office. My leasing agent Ashley has always treated my like a HUMAN, but she is the only one on the staff that has. The "manager" (Jane I think) just sits behind her desk when you walk in and stares at you until you give up and go away. I made the mistake of asking for her one day and was told that she was "busy". Well, who is more important than the person who is giving you half of there paycheck'!' Don't rent here if you expect to receive even an once of respect.
