The Management at Alta Green is completetly incapable of running an apartment complex, why should tenants pay rent if management is just going to lose their rent checks and attempt to evict them not once but repeatedly. And after losing rent checks they find them and still no apology!! And on top of that what is the point of having security gates and passes if the walk in gates are open for everyone to just walk in. I actually lived here for a year and after constantly walking to the gate to let in my visitors, pizza man, etc., the leasing office finally decided to put my name on the roster to give me the convienience of buzzing my visitors in on my last month of paying rent I really appreciate that now that i wont be there to enjoy that "luxury". I didnt realize that i was going to be paying over $800.00 a month for just some crown moulding, very rude and inconsiderate management, gates that accomodate strangers not tenants, and hopes that the leasing office will be considerate enough to put my rental check with the everyone elses's (given everyone elese's isn't lost also). I recently had the pleasure of finding out that everyone in my building has moved out over a 3 month period (I wonder why), If anyone is considering moving here, don't.
