From reading the other reviews, everyone's opinions seem to vary quite a bit. I just moved here two weeks ago, and for the most part enjoy it. The complex is quiet and well kept, and there is plenty of parking. All of the amenities are terrific! But they should be for what you pay in rent. My only hang-up so far would be the employees in the leasing office. Does it happen often that you have no keys ready on the day of move-in'' Also, no walk-through was done...so does this mean I won't be responsible for any damage' And if you want anything done at all...don't talk to Ashley. Please do yourself a favor and talk to Jacqueline. If you deal with Ashley, you'll only be making repeat phone calls and getting no where. It's pathetic, really.
