To the person who wrote about how great it is here, I have a question...have you ever walked around this property' I am guessing by your comments that you only drive into the complex, park your car and walk into your apartment.



There are broken beer bottles around the parking lot, trash is constantly a problem because it is everywhere, people don?t bother to use an ashtray and God forbid any one should bother to pick up the dog crap around the property.



The staff is the completely horrible and that manager, Jane, is the worst. If you are lucky enough to catch her what you tell her goes in one ear and out the other. If she says a problem is going to be fixed, do not believe a single word out of her mouth. I think she has told Ashley to just tell a renter with a complaint that a letter is being written and will go out soon.



Too bad they don?t believe in customer service once you live here. They won?t be getting any more money from me, thats for certain.



By the way, why don?t you ask the rental agents two questions...how many times have the pools been shut down by the health department and what happened to the big screen TV in the community room over Thanksgiving week-end' Because they are too cheap to pay for chemicals to keep the pool safe they have been closed down. The TV became a present for someone who realized that security around does not exist.



Good luck if you decide to live here. I would rather live in a tent.
